The Free Clone feature enables fast deployment for the VDI environment without allocating physical space until necessary. With the AccelStor vSphere Web Client plug-in installed, VMware administrators can easily create/delete datastores without even logging into the built-in web-based management interface. Scheduled snapshot and restore features further enhance data protection by allowing the system to transfer snapshots to remote locations as backups and also restore from them when needed.
