NeoSapphire P310
|
AccelStor’s latest NeoSapphire P310 all-NVMe storage array marks AccelStor’s entry into the bleeding edge of storage technology. NVMe SSD’s bring advances in high performance, low latency applications, so AccelStor are combining this latest hardware platform into our award winning FlexiRemap® technology, bringing a truly new solution into the market.
FlexiRemap® is a proprietary operating system, designed and built by AccelStor specifically to leverage the advantage of SSD’s over spinning disks, and now it will go one step further and unlock the true potential of NVMe. FlexiRemap® uses its unique remapping ability to reorder random data access into sequential, while also extending the lifetime of the drives by a factor of 300%. AccelStor have optimised the P310 to offer over 1 million IOPS*, and a sub 0.2ms latency using only 8 NVMe drives. This makes the P310 perfect for Database, HPC, OLTP, VDI and Multi-Media applications. AccelStor already have a proven track record of accelerating database searches for applications such an ANPR, assisting the police in achieving a 185% decrease in time for running various search criteria. This latest product will be able to offer a high performance, low cost and efficient storage solution into the enterprise storage market. Police departments deploy thousands of surveillance IP cameras througout cities. These systems use license plate recognition software (ANPR) to identify the license plate and convert the data into MSSQL database (over 100 million records). The Police can use this system to track the path of a suspect and take any appropriate action. By using the AccelStor NVMe All-Flash Array, the tracking search time can be dramatically reduced to under 9 seconds, even using a partial plate. Our solution has been proven to help law enforement improve its reaction speeds and track suspicious behavior efficently. |
