The high-availability NeoSapphire 3706-ES1 (NS3706-ES1) offers outstanding reliability and fault tolerance with almost zero downtime, thanks to its shared-nothing architecture with two complete nodes in a single appliance, which ensures there’s no single point of failure. The NS3706-ES1 achieves all mission-critical requirements for enterprise and industry applications, especially for databases and online transaction processing (OLTP). Leveraging AccelStor proprietary software and the RDMA (Remote Direct Memory Access) capability of the InfiniBand interlink, data synchronization between two storage nodes runs in real-time and results in better recovery time objective (RTO). The shared-nothing architecture with dedicated storage for each controller ensures data integrity and is superior to the conventional high-availability architecture with shared storage. Powered by FlexiRemap technology, the features of thin provisioning and zero-page deduplication make it easy for capacity planning and management.
