The MobileSTOR MS4CT+ is a hardware RAID embedded enclosure providing high performance storage for creative professional with 200MB/s. The embedded Hardware RAID design provides offload of complex RAID calculation from the computer to the unit, allowing high performance throughput to USB 3.0, eSATA and Firewire 800. Backward compatible with USB 2.0 and Firewire 400 port provide easy connection to various computer operating systems. Since RAID engine is embedded inside of the enclosure, there are no OS compatibility issues. With support of RAID 0, 1, 10, 3 and 5, MS4CT+ provides redundancy as well as data protection against hard drive failure. It is easy to read LCD display and allows user to manage and monitor the RAID system status in a easy to read format. Four hot-swappable hard drives slots are behind the front cover to allow easy trouble shooting and hard drive replacement. The newly trayless design allow easy installation.
